​Baby brother to the "Mini House" this cozy cottage on wheels is a modern alternative to the conventional travel trailer. This compact structure houses all the necessities with a full bedroom, full bathroom, and an open concept living room and kitchen. We currently have two models in development that are under 400 sq.ft.

Our newest innovation at The Beamery! We are pleased to announce the start of a new line of timberframe modular "mini" homes. Starting at just under 600 sq.ft. these unique and customizable homes offer all the modern amenities and expectations while adding the craft of a heavy timber structure all in one small but surprisingly spacious home. We offer a base model package, an upgraded model with full basement or garage, as well as options such as porches, decorative timber corbels and much more.
