This community development project was designed and built for a new subdivision development that was centered around the design concept of living with nature. The structures are open to the residents and function as a look out structure to view the natural landscape and a gathering pavilion for community events. The tower is especially unique because of its cone shaped design which is a noteworthy structural challenge.
